Thanks people sorry I have been away for a bit I hope all are well. I appreciate the messages. I had a weird dream a while back think this was just a dream but I had a dream where I was going through many rooms and areas and a (g)od like being was telling me to follow it/him but I kept saying no I know you’re not God I think this was a metaphor for saying Satan will try trick me / us to think he is the messiah or God so that we fall away from the real God by following our own thoughts and interpretations of what God is… I think I argued with him syaing Yehovah is God but this was ages ago I don’t remember it fully..

  • Taylor,
Thank you for sharing this wonderful lesson of how to walk out and live Torah as a lifestyle for you and an example to others. I would also ask you to reconsider the notion that prophets do not exist in today’s world. I have met those that hear from Y’hovah and are careful to speak and say only precisely what they were instruct d to say and when they did it this way, Y’hovah backed the words and made it happen exactly as foretold because of the prophet’s required care and diligence with the words they were given.

I tell you this because very soon we will be reading about the prophet Shamu’el (Samuel) and how he became a prophet. His beginning was only to learn how to say “Here I am!” when Y’hovah called or spoke to him and he heard. One never knows if or when they could be called to be a prophet for a one time event or for life. Learning to be obedient to Y’hovah’s voice even ina dream is remarkable! In dreams or in prayer, continue to be able to say “Here I am.” The world is in great need of people who can do this. This dream may be your awakening to a greater calling. Keep up the good work!

I tried to post this once before but my post didn’t register for some reason .

I just wanted to say thank you all for your encouragement of Taylor, I am his mum and I know it must have been hard for him to say some of the things he did .

I also want to say thank and praise Yehovah for my son and for answering my prayers I want to encourage all mothers never to stop praying for your children and giving thanks for your children because they are a gift from Yehovah psalm 127.

    EZEIKIEL18 V2
is it my desire that the wicked person shall die? says Yehovah. It is rather that he shall turn back from his ways and live.

I am so happy that My God Yehovah is merciful and hears the prayers of a mother he is parent too. Deut 32v6 Do you thus requite Yehovah, O dull and witless people? is not He the FATHER who CREATED you, fasioned you and made you to endure .

Thank you Yehovah for your word and these people who have come together to study it and edify others with it .

    with love Julie

I just want to say how grateful to you all for your encouragement to my son Taylor . Itmust have been very difficult to say some of the things he has shared This is an answer to prayer for me personally and I praise Yehovah for his salvation which he must now work out with fear and trembling along with us all . Our God is an Awsome God he reins in power and Love our God Yehovah most wise and he is merciful tender and takes no pleasure in the destruction of the wicked but is long suffering he desires that we all come to repentance . I am the happiest of mothers thank Yehovah for you alI in this fellowship reading The Book . I do believe Yehovah has been working with Taylor through the scriptures and scriptures now in this book club .

I agree with Janlyn that “you, Taylor, are clearly thinking about your dreams through the lens of Scripture” and as long as you never lose sight of that, you will be able to interpret your dreams correctly, whether they are Yehovah communicating a personal message to you or simply your mind trying to work out your waking life.

I know Yehovah has spoken to me on many occasions in order to bring comfort, instruction, and yes, discipline, and I have dreamed dreams that clarified things or caused me to go to Him for further instruction. The danger is always in knowing whether these things are for us personally or if they should be shared. I have only received one dream that was for someone other than me, and it still wasn’t a “Thus saith the Lord” type of dream. No matter what the communication is, we need to be exceptionally careful of how we present the information to ourselves and others. As Nehemia Gordon has said on occasion, “It could just be bad pizza.”

  • Dear Taylor,
What a lovely and heartfelt message. What a beautiful humble spirit is evidenced in your willingness to share those intimate detail in a public setting.
I want to encourage you. Yes, by all means, Yehovah most certainly speaks to his people today. He speaks to us in all manner of ways. Because He created us all as unique beings, He communicates with each of us in different ways. To some of us, he speaks through out dreams. Others of us ‘hear’ His Voice in other manners. All the ways are good – one isn’t on a higher plane than another. The critical thing is that we are so blessed to have a two way communication with the Creator of the Universe and the One who is our Salvation and Redeemer! What joy!
Of course people need to be careful not to get carried away by wrong doctrine go on a wrong path on the basis of a dream. But you, Taylor, are clearly thinking about your dreams through the lens of Scripture. You are using Scripture to interpret what He told you in your dream and you know that the conclusions that you come to cannot go contrary to the Word. You make it a priority to actually read Scripture for yourself so that you can interpret these dreams from a solid foundation.
His personal communications are meant to strengthen, encourage, and edify us. Sometimes they warn us. In every instance that I have seen, the encouragement is sent for a purpose beyond simply the strengthening of that one individual. That would be worthy enough by itself, of course, because he tenderly reaches out to each one of His children. But usually there is a pattern where the person who has been edified is also then called to go out and be a blessing to many others.
Your feeling of being accepted and forgiven by the Father will bring healing to you-
making you whole and complete. From that position of strength, you will be ready for the plans that He intends to work out through you.
What a joy! Our Creator Yehovah is beyond words. He is so magnificent and glorious and operates on such a grand, large scale. Yet at the same time He reaches down and speaks to the least of us in very personal ways.
Be encouraged. Continue in prayer to seek out the meanings that Yehovah may have for you in the other dreams he has sent to you. How precious that you have a mother to whom you have felt close enough to share these confidences with. May you both be encouraged, strengthened, and blessed on your journey!

Here is a good place to start with:

Act 2:17  And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

A person does however, need to be certain it is from God and not just from dinner or from a riviting TV show or something. Would not hurt to ask God about confirmation/clarification and see what He says.

What’s so neat about what Peter said there is that he was quoting Joel 2:28.

Isn’t it fun to know that Yeshua and his followers knew the Tanach so well? It makes my heart sing!
