1st Plague – Water to Blood
Exodus 7:15-21 tells that all the water in the land was turned to blood, the fish died, and the Mitsrites couldn’t drink the water, “both in wooden and in stone containers.”
Verse 22 states that the magicians did the same. If all the water had been turned to blood, how were the magicians able to duplicate this action, since no water could be found in the land?

Guestament…Perhaps the magicians used water from metal containers. Silver, gold, pewter and such. These type of things may have held water in Pharaoh’s house. It is interesting to note the people had to dig holes/wells to get clean water, so the soil filtered the bloody water.
