A Deep-Dive Bible Study Into The Book of Jonah-Episode 2
This episode introduces God’s commission to Jonah, sending him to cry out against the great city of Nineveh. Taking special note of God’s statement that the evil of Nineveh had risen to heaven, Keith ponders whether, even in our time, evil acts may be reaching heaven.
In a call to personal reflection, he asks: If your actions were to rise into the presence of the Creator of the universe, what would be His response?

Keith, I want to thank you for this series. I slept thru both of my alarms this Sabbath morning to leave on time for a local Sabbath group. When I woke up, I had this earnest feeling to start watching this series & I’m learning so much in just the first couple of episodes.
You have grown so much since first seeing you & Nehemiah at the church in the Twin Cities to now. Keep up the good work.

Hey, Keith! I am really enjoying your lessons on Yonah. I am pausing to write down the Hebrew words and meanings each time. But I missed the word(s) for preach against it/announce to it/cry out to it. Are you providing an interlinear pdf of the Hebrew and English as you have in Hebrew Gospel Pearls? If not, would you please give the Hebrew word for announce against it? I greatly appreciate your time and effort in studying and presenting this Deep Dive to us! Praise YHVH for His provision!

The two Hebrewe words for “and cry against it” are (reading from right to left are):
וּקְרָ֣א עָלֶ֑יהָ u-ke-ra a-Lei-ha’
I would recommend, if you haven’t already, that you download e-Sword. You can get Hebrew translations that will aid you in your studies.
